Ilmberger - Carbon Windshield for BMW R12 nineT (2024-)

The glossy carbon Windshield with carbon bracket replaces the original part using the existing mounting points.

Ilmberger uses high-quality, pre-impregnated carbon fibre matrices for its carbon components. The fibre volume is precisely defined, as is the alignment of the individual fibre layers. The matrix is then hand-laminated without air bubbles and coated twice with a protective layer. The high-gloss clear coat both protects and accentuates the three-dimensional carbon weave. Once cured in the autoclave, the carbon components meet the highest demands and withstand the toughest stresses.

This aerospace-grade material achieves up to 70% weight savings compared to the original part, while offering exceptional stiffness-to-weight performance. The design always follows function and integrates seamlessly into the motorcycle’s overall styling. The lines of the specific bike are taken into account, as well as the material and surface texture of adjacent OEM parts.
