The rear, free end of the Adventure's original engine guard has no support against the frame. This makes it the engine guard's Achilles' heel. In a crash or tip-over, it tends to give way because the forces are not directly transferred to the frame. There is a risk of damaging the valve covers.

Our reinforcement bar reliably eliminates this shortcoming. It connects the rear, free end of the engine guard to the frame. This transfers any forces acting upon it into the frame structure at the appropriate point via the bar. This measure prevents the engine guard from yielding and reduces the risk of damage to the valve covers. The reinforcement bar's curved design ensures that peak loads are absorbed.

Precisely shaped on CNC tube bending machines, cleanly welded. The reinforcement bracket integrates seamlessly into the design of the original engine protection bar.
