The particular patented shape of the seal allows it to be activated and deactivated quickly, furthermore it can be lubricated to eliminate friction. Racecap 'FORKS.' guarantees additional protection only when necessary by anchoring to the original dust cover spring, with reduced friction thanks to additional lubrication. When deactivated, the seal can be reversed and used as a fork stroke indicator.
