Ilmberger uses high-quality carbon made from pre-impregnated carbon fibre mats. The fibre volume is defined, and the orientation of the individual fibre layers is precisely specified. The laminate is then hand-laid without air inclusions and coated with a protective finish. After curing in the autoclave, the carbon components meet the highest standards and withstand maximum loads.

This aerospace-grade material unfolds its full potential with up to 70% weight reduction compared to the original part and its excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. The form always follows function and integrates perfectly into the motorcycle’s design.
