HPCorse - SPS-Carbon Exhaust for BMW R 1250 GS/ADV

Carbon fibre, titanium and an unmistakable Italian accent. The SPS-Carbon gives the R 1250 GS a slimmer, sharper tail, with an octagonal body, a genuine carbon fibre end cap and a dual-outlet hydroformed oval inner nozzle. Choose the 400 mm classic length, or the ultra-compact 300 mm Short for a more rally-bred stance. Titanium, satin steel or black steel, with a deep, signature tone and dyno-tested response gains in low and mid-range. Plug-and-play with your luggage rack kit, no remap, and rare enough to invite convos at fuel stops.

• Octagonal canister in high-grade titanium or stainless steel, 0.8 mm thick
• Two lengths: 400 mm Classic, or ultra-compact 300 mm Short
• Genuine carbon fibre end cap and carbon fibre heat shield
• Dual-outlet design with hydroformed oval inner nozzle (two dB killers on the Short)
• Natural titanium, satin steel or ceramic black finish; black steel carries a Cerakote® Glacier Black coating
• High-quality sound-absorbing material and leak-proof rivets
• HP Corse laser-engraved logo

• Dyno-tested gas flow: improved engine response and torque delivery, particularly in the low and mid-rpm range
• Titanium versions: significant weight saving compared to the stock unit

Fitment & compliance

• Slip-on for the OEM headers; TIG hand-welded titanium mounting bracket with silent-block vibration damper
• Short: hand-TIG-welded AISI 304 stainless link pipe docks directly onto the OEM collectors and keeps the OEM pannier clearances
• Compatible with the OEM luggage rack kit
• Plug-and-play: no ECU remapping
• Euro 4/5 homologated (the Short in Cerakote black steel is Euro 4 only). This is a European approval; check your local regulations before road use.
